Quiet double room overlooking garden

From mid-February: I have a comfortable furnished double room in my flat (Edwardian conversion) available Mon-fri for a single professional person looking for somewhere quiet to relax after a working day. The room is newly carpeted and simply furnished, with a high ceiling and large window overlooking the garden. Shared kitchen (cooking and washing facilities) and bathroom (bath and shower cubicle) , living room with TV, broadband etc. Off road parking for 1 car. 10 min walk to Haslemere station. Sorry no pets allowed, smoking outside only. Will provide cooked breakfasts , cleaning and laundry for separate negotiated price (I used to run a B&B so have high standards of housekeeping!)
