Separate double studio room with private en-suite shower room and own private kitchenette. This self-contained unit is attached to our family home and is newly renovated and decorated. The studio will be fully furnished with double bed, chest of drawers, table, chair and wardrobe. The kitchenette has an induction hob, full-size fridge, kettle, microwave and toaster with views over garden and town. Separate laundry area is shared.

Our house is located 2-minutes walk from Haslemere train station but no train noise heard from studio. There is a large garden and patio that we are happy to share. Although the unit is self-contained we are looking for someone who is happy to have a family next door. We have a friendly cocker spaniel and cat. On-street parking is free outside house.

All bills are included except 25% share of council tax.
