The studio is fully furnished with double bed, chest of drawers, table, chair and wardrobe. The kitchenette has an induction hob, fridge, kettle, microwave, air fryer and toaster with views over garden and town. Separate laundry area is shared.

Our house is located 2-minutes walk from Haslemere train station but no train noise heard from studio. There is a large garden and patio that we are happy to share. Although the unit is self-contained we are looking for someone who is happy to have a family next door. We have a friendly cocker spaniel and cat. On-street parking is free outside house.

All bills are included except 25% share of council tax. Viewings from 3rd February.
