A spacious double room in a lovely semi-detached house in the centre of Haslemere. This house has three bedrooms, with the available room having shared use of the bathroom. The bedroom is fully furnished with double bed, built-in wardrobe, additional cupboard with shelving, side table etc.

There is a living room, dining room and downstairs toilet on the ground floor which the lodger would have full access to. There is also a high spec kitchen including washing machine and dishwasher.

My girlfriend and I both work and live in London but we stay at the house on the occasional weekend in the third bedroom so we are looking for a professional who is clean, tidy and will respect the house. There is currently one woman living in the house who is clean, kind and considerate of others.

The house is in the centre of Haslemere, being 5 minutes walk from both the train station and the high street.

We would consider a couple for this room and the price for this would be £645 per month.

The rent includes all bills except gas and electricity which are usually no more than £30 in the winter and far less in the summer.
