King Size Bed (if required/not in the photos)

The ensuite shower room has a WC, sink, shower cubicle and heated towel rail.

The tenant will also have their own sitting area with sofa, TV, etc at the far end of the kitchen diner.

High Speed Broadband.

The refurbished kitchen/diner has all the main facilities including washing machine and tumble dryer.

Couples are welcome but with a small increase towards the bills.

There is plenty of off-road parking and a relatively secluded garden.
