This is a double bedroom with small ensuite shower room. The room is in a small side annex offering complete privacy if required and its own entrance to the property.

The room includes:
Triple wardrobe
Chest of drawers
Bedside cabinet
Bed (on request)

The ensuite shower room has a WC, sink, shower cubicle and heated towel rail.

The tenant will also have their own sofa and TV at the far end of the kitchen diner. If needed, extra storage is available in the main part of the house.

I have broadband and SKY TV.

The newly refurbished kitchen/diner has all the main facilities including washing machine and tumble dryer.

Couples will be considered but with a small increase towards the bills.

There is plenty of off-road parking and a relatively secluded garden.

I would consider a tenant with a dog, conditional to the dogs getting on.
