Some of these items can be removed if you would like more floor space

* Spacious shared living space and fully equipped kitchen ready to cook up a feast.

* Utility room with washing machine & dryer.

*Garage for bike storage.

*Garden - a great space for summer living.

The household consists of 3 at present - myself, often away. Agne working/studying hard and preparing to take up a place at university. Ronald is studying but also works full time.
You will be replacing Steve who is moving locally into his girlfriends flat - we are really going to miss him.
We are a relaxed friendly but hard working group - happy to stop for a natter over a cup or glass of something.

Note .... this is a no smoking house and garden.

Bills include council tax (Band E)
