Double room to rent in large beautiful cottage!

Hello potential housemate! I am a 41 year old single professional woman and looking to have someone join me in my lovely home! I would like someone who will interact with me and have a drink and share a meal, not someone who stays in their room all the time.

I have a beautiful double room (freshly painted!) to rent in my cottage in Hersham. The room comes fully furnished

12 minute walk to the mainline station Hersham or Walton station
Based on the main road close to Barley Mow roundabout
2 living rooms (both with Sky)
Access all areas of house (except my room of course!)
Off-road parking (private drive)
Shared bathroom
Patio garden in the back & large area at the front/side of the house)
Rent includes super fast broadband and Sky tv

I have 2 cats who stay in the kitchen & garden. I'm okay with a small animal(s) if you have them, but no cats or dogs (my cats are weird & scared of everything!). I do smoke but outside in the garden.

Happy for either male or female professionals. £700 for a single person or £850 per month for a couple.
