In the heart of Hersham Village, Walton on Thames with local amenities a short walk away just past Hersham village green.

The room is fully furnished with a comfortable small double bed, chest of drawers, storage unit, a wardrobe, rug & some nice decorative touches. The room has a lovely outlook over the back garden & a maple tree.

We have fast broadband, private parking & all bills are included.

I own the property & live here with my daughter and our small dog.

The bathroom has a bath and a separate shower & the spacious kitchen has an oven, hob, microwave, washing machine, cookware & utensils. There is also a lounge, dining table & garden.

It is a 5 minute walk to Hersham Green, the local pub, Costa coffee, Waitrose, Lidl, post office & the pharmacy etc..

Walton train station is approx 20 min walk away & a train to Waterloo takes about 25 minutes. Walton town centre & the River Thames are approx 30-40 minutes walk away and if you have a car the A3 & M25 are 5-10 minute drive. There are beautiful woodland walks nearby and some lovely places to visit like Wisely Gardens & Claremont Gardens.

Since this is our home it is most important that you are trust worthy & easy going 🙂.
