A nice ,spacious and detached house in private cul de sac with easy access to Kingston university / Kingston hospital , central London ( 30 mint train to waterloo from Walton station). Hersham station is 10 mint walk only for commuting to central London.
My spare room is good size , and bright double bed room with double bed , double wardrobe ,chest of drawer and a stool .
It comes with access to a fully equiped kitchen for simple cooking and Washing machine with arier to dry clothes .I can provide bed linen and towels if needed. Pots and pans can also be shared .You just need to bring yourself and your clothes
There is plenty of free off road parking available outside
Walking distance to wait rose n lidl.
Quiet ,private cul de sac and very safe neighbourhood.
