Parking is within secure gates. Kitchen and laundry available for use. Large open plan eat-in newly renovated and extended kitchen, granite worktops, your own fridge and freezer space, 3 ovens and 2 microwaves. Falcon cooker with 6 gas burners. Separate cabinets/storage space in kitchen.

All utilities and council taxes, high speed internet, included. House has a water softener. The common areas of the house are professionally cleaned weekly.

There is a large dining room, garden room, eat-in kitchen and separate laundry room on the ground floor.

We (me, single mum, american) use bedrooms on the first floor. Living with me in the house are my 12 year old twins, and a 16 year old son.
