Double Room for Professional in the Countryside

Hey! I'm a professional singer, on the look out for a professional lodger. I have a calm, music-loving house in Holmbury St Mary with a patio garden :)

This place is perfect for a working person who enjoys the countryside and has a car. Main town locations such as Dorking (10-15 mins) and Guildford (20-25 mins) are super easy to commute to, with quick routes to Gatwick airport (30-25 mins) and London.

The house is situated in the middle of 'Surrey Hills - Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty' so there are plenty of walk/cycle/horse riding options and there's a local pub just down the road that serves really nice food. I love relaxation, yoga, fitness + meditation - so this house is a calm house.

The available spare double room (on the ground floor) is light and comfy with a shared open-plan kitchen/living room, dishwasher, washing machine, tv, sofa, cupboard availability, shared garden (with a shed) and bath/shower room (upstairs). Utility Bills (Electric + Water) included + Internet included too!

I own + live in the property (with my bedroom upstairs) but I'm not always here. I also work and live in Austria so I would like someone I can trust while I'm away. I'm happy for you to come and view the place/get to know me before we say "yes".

I want to have someone that I can get to know. Someone who feels welcome to live and stay here for a little while - hence me stating six months minimum - but I'm happy to discuss it with you. I'm also happy for guests to visit/stay over but of course, do let me know in general/advance.

Before moving in I would love to have a work-reference from you and first month's rent upfront (+ a discussable deposit) - but I'm also open to discuss these details with you. Thank you so much for reading! I really look forward to meeting you. HM
