All bills included, ultra fast broadband, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, oven/hob and all the usual facilities. There is space in the kitchen cupboards for your use.
There's a TV in the room but it can be removed/changed.
The room has a desk and lots of storage. The room can be re-configured to an extent if needed.
The bathroom is shared, has a large bath, an electric shower, and some space for you to use.
There is a small back garden with patio and seating.
There's parking in a resident's car park and though it fills up in the evenings there is roadside parking.
The room would be ideal for Cabin Crew - Gatwick Airport is close by (you could walk there in 45 minutes if you wanted). The train station is 20 minutes walk and trains run all night to and from London and Gatwick. Horley town centre is about 15 minutes walk away. The Fastway 20 bus stops 5 minutes walk away and also stops at Gatwick.
