En Suite Double Room 12 Mins Walk Woking Station

I have recently moved to Woking and would like to share my house for company as well as income. I go out a lot in the evenings but it is nice to 'have someone around'. I am offering a large fully fitted double room with views over gardens, kingsize bed with new Sleepeezee backcare mattress. The house is well equipped and much of it recently renovated. Full share of kitchen-dining room and lounge. Nice gardens. Space to keep a bike. Car space on the drive. 10 minutes walk from Horsell woods, Horsell village with great pubs, and Woking centre shops, restaurants and daily market. Train service to London is fantastic - fast trains about every 6 minutes and a 25 minute non-stop to Waterloo every 10-15 minutes. Same for Clapham Junction - non-stop 20 minutes. Direct bus service to Heathrow airport.
I have a cat so you must be ok with cats. 40% share of bills (less for a Monday-Friday let). Council tax also if you do not pay council tax elsewhere.
