Looking for professional people to share this home. I have a friendly and relaxed home to live in. The house is all open plan. With lots of light coming in. The house is large and spacious. The house is also in a really nice quiet area. We have deer in the garden. So waking up to that is quite spectacular. We are also 5 mins walks from Sheep and cows in a field. Which I only discovered recently being out walking!! Yes let me remind you we are 20 mins from London by train. 20 Mins to Gatwick and 40 mins to Brighton by car.

I like to talk and have a glass of wine but also respect your quiet time. The house is a lovely clean modern house. Like the house to be kept clean and tidy.

The single room is quite spacious. Looks out onto the street. Has built in wardrobes and good storage. Nice and quiet.

Living area is nice and bright and again double aspect of the street and the garden. Separate dining area where you can sit and have your dinner etc.

I have a 250ft rear garden with lots of beautiful birds. so if you like gardening you will love this house. The rooms are lovely and modern.

Utility room to hang your washing and a separate toilet downstairs.

Open to viewing anytime that is convenient for you..

Trains to London Bridge and Victoria within 20 mins.

Cleaner every 2 weeks.
