INCLUDES: Bed linen changed fortnightly & fresh towels provided weekly. Super fast & reliable Virgin Fibre Optic Internet, average speed 108 Mbps. 24/7 hot water. Bills. Share of the bathroom and kitchen *not the living room*. You may leave personal belongings in the cupboard over the weekends. Secure internal bike storage on the ground floor and free off-road parking available.
One month's notice either party. Please note you need to provide a landlord & employee reference, pass a credit check and provide your Passport that I will photocopy to comply with the Government 'Right to Rent' policy.
