One large bedroom with ensuite bathroom available in Kew Village, a minute's walk away from Kew Gardens station in shared flat on 3 levels (3 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms) with large lounge, office and balcony. Close to all amenities : shops, restaurants, pubs, Kew Gardens, river etc. To share with one professional female and a male student.

The flat is available from 1st December..
Viewings will be taking place on Sunday 27th November as I am currently away until this time.

The bills (electricity, gas, broadband, council tax) are £200 per person per month totalling £1000 all inclusive.

This is not a 'party' house but more like a home where we respect one another's privacy as well as having an occasional glass of wine together.
