Big, double room next to tube station

The room is spacious but isn't fully furnished so this will have to be discussed at the viewing.

Situated in a quiet leafy cul de sac, still 5 minutes from Kew Gardens tube station (for district line and overground) frequent busses also get you to Richmond in 10 mins. There's lots to do nearby with great pubs, shops, cafes and restaurants a few minutes' walk away. The area is genuinely village-y and very well connected.

The large kitchen is the hub of the flat. Although you can't quite see it in the picture, there's an arm chair and plenty of space to sit, chat and relax. It's bright, airy, and is equipped with all cooking things you could need.

We have a washing machine and the shower is great with hot water that doesn't run out!

We're looking for an easy going, layed back person who likes music (classical played at home often!) Smoking house so ideally a smoker or smoke tolerant person would suit. We are both layed back young-minded chaps so again similar minded people would suit.
