ALL BILLS are included. There are 4 double bedrooms with a shared open plan living room and kitchen. The house has gas central heating and double glazing though-out. Dedicated parking space included.

KITCHEN
The house is fully furnished and benefits from a beautiful large kitchen including an oven, electric cooker, washing machine, fridge freezer and lots of storage for groceries.

BEDROOMS
All bedrooms are fully furnished. They are all fitted with a NEW mattress, wardrobes, drawers and a bedside table.

WHAT IS INCLUDED?
Water, gas, electric, council tax, broadband and a cleaner every fortnight for communal areas.

REQUIREMENTS
To move in in you will ned to pay your first month rent and deposit. There are no hidden charges and costs to you apart from an initial £150 admin fee which covers referencing, credit checking and inventories for your room.

HOLDING DEPOSIT
To secure the room you put down a £200 holding deposit while referencing is carried out. This is non refundable if you decide not to take the room later, or if you fail referencing due to circumstances you have not informed us of, for example: CCJ court order. If you do move in, the deposit will cover the admin fee and £50 towards your first month rent.

The house is a 10-15 minute walk to Kingston station, 5-10 minute walk to Norbiton station or a short bus journey to New Malden station.
