Single room close to Kingston town centre £450pcm

I have a single room only a few minutes walk to the river and 10-15 minutes walk to Kingston station and the town centre.

There is a small built in wardrobe in the bedroom. Brand new single bed and mattress

We are a family of one adult and two kids. Therefore requiring someone mature, clean and tidy.

Someone who can be considerate with routines of a family, as nights are quiet and weekends we have often have family and friends visiting.

Use of the bathroom and kitchen is available, however considering we are a family we use the kitchen and bathroom a lot.
