The house is also a 20-minute walk from Knights Park and Penrhyn Road Campuses. Additionally, the house is 5-10 minutes from the Bentall Centre and High Street making it super close to everything around Kingston. There is a Tesco Express 5 minutes up the road as well as an Asda supermarket around the corner, making it convenient and easy to get your groceries.

The house is very well priced for the location and amenities in and around the house, especially for the Kingston Town area.

I am looking ideally for mature students. This is because any professionals will need to pay council tax which is around £1200 a year and students are exempt from this. If a professional is willing to pay the council tax, then you are more than welcome.

All the rooms come furnished with one double bed, a study desk, wardrobe, and a shelf unit.

Bills would roughly be £30 per month which include (water, gas, electricity, and broadband)

The house is ideal for students who want to live in the town centre, and also close to uni.

There is street parking if you have a car; you just need to register with the council.
