Myself and two others (all young professionals) are moving into a four bedroom house and require a 4th housemate.
FIRST MONTH'S RENT £250!!!!!! The deposit will be included in that!!!!!!
Rent for the room is £500 PCM and bills on top (including gas, water, electric and council tax would be an additional £100 a month).
The room available for rent is already furnished with a wardrobe and chest of drawers. It's a beautifully bright white vibrant room that leads straight into the garden. I am happy to provide a double divan bed and mattress!!
We are all moving in to this address on the 1st August and would love for our 4th housemate to move in with us on the same day.
If you are interested, please call me and I will be happy to send you a video of the house. To get the ball rolling, we will only accept you if you have a good credit history as we will need to include you in our tenancy agreement with KFH estate agents.
