Flat mate wanted

Due to my flat mate moving out I am looking for a female to take a large double bedroom with a built in wardrobe. I am looking for a tenant to take the remaining time on contract which will be until March the 1st 2016. The room and flat are being let at the price of £625 per month and is based central Kingston with a two minute walk from the station.
There may be a bed staying as well as a chest of drawers.
There is a clean modern kitchen and a reasonable lounger, for which I have bought a sofa, table and television.
The bathroom is large and clean. The flat also has storage and a reasonably sized landing.

I am a kind individual who is great company! I am easy going, clean, motivated and social.
