Please note this is a Monday to Friday let (available from Sunday night to Friday). It ticks the box for people who need to return home for work or family reasons at the weekends, or for those who live near enough to commute daily but prefer not to because the journey is too long or arduous.

2 minutes walk from Norbiton station (25 minutes to Waterloo via Wimbledon) and close to buses on routes to Kingston, Richmond, Putney, Twickenham and more. It is a 15 minute walk into Kingston and the riverside. Richmond Park is a 10 minute walk away.

This is a quiet friendly family home. Our loft room is bright, airy and clean. It has an en-suite shower and toilet, and would suit a professional, academic or student. Some Kingston University campuses are within 15-20 minutes walking distance, but it is also convenient for Roehampton and St. Marys Universities by bus or train.

The kitchen is large and well equipped and you would share its facilities. There is a lovely garden, and there are shops nearby. There is parking close by in the road, and there is space to store a bicycle. All utility bills and internet included.
