The building at which this studio flat is inside provides a 24 hours reception service in the morning and afternoon hours for all your needs and it also provides a reliable security during the night so that your safety is guaranteed.

The IQ building that this studio flat is inside also contains a laundry and a socializing area fully equipped with a gym and a play room

Because the studio is located at the heart of Kingston, it means that it is very close to the Kingston train station and to other major Kingston bus stops.

For Kingston university students looking to take over this studio, it is 5-10 minutes walk way from Kingston university campus.

This studio is situated in an environment that is busting with many beloved high street shops such as, M&S, JD, game and Argos. It also contains many fast food restaurants that offers Chinese Italian, Indian and many more delicious dishes.

This studio is available from the 7th of January 2019 to the ending of august 2019, but however, if you are looking to move in sooner or within this month, do no threat as this can be arrange.

The rent for this studio is payed in installments, there are two installments left to pay, 4250 pound which is due on the 9th of January 2019 and 2,700 pounds which is due in June- July 2019. however rather than paying in bulk the installments can also be payed in smaller sums of money through the your stay.
