Love living here by the river, I don’t want to let the flat go. A professional easygoing, clean and tidy males aged 26 looking for 2 flatmates to fill rooms being left by a female and male friend who are moving in with their partners. I work in London and commute. I enjoy socialising, sports, exercising, experiencing new things, meeting new people and being near the river and the locals parks.

Both rooms recently refurbished and large doubles with lots of natural light and river views. Both are unfurnished one with a good amount of built in storage the other larger with lots of room for stand alone storage. There is a shared lounge. It’s an 8 minute walk to Surbiton Station. 10 minutes walk to Kingston Town Centre. Very conveniently located and with a large communal garden across the road from the river.

1 room is currently unoccupied and available and the other will be available at the end of September.
