There is a large double bedroom in a two-bedroom top floor flat to rent in Kingston. It's furnished with a double bed, a desk and chair and 2 sets of drawers. There is off-street allocated parking if you have a car. If not, with a 15-minute walk to Surbiton station you have direct trains to London Waterloo, or a 20-minute walk to Kingston station, commute is easy.
The flat is a moment away from the River Thames, with a spacious and bright living room, and a balcony overlooking the River. With recently fitted carpets, and an integrated kitchen (microwave, fridge, separate freezer, dishwasher and a washing machine - there is no toaster yet, sorry).
Located in central Kingston, town centre is a short walk away with many restaurants and shops, and a local Sainsbury's is a couple of minutes away. Ideally I'm looking for a non-smoker to stay for at least 6 months (remaining duration of the current contract), and not too wild. I'm the current tenant, a quiet 25 year old male working professional.
The original tenancy is with an Estate Agent, so there's a £60 referencing fee, and a £180 tenancy amendment fee, prices are at the time of the writing of this advert. Also, the tenancy agreement disallows pets, sorry about that.
Your share of utility bills would be roughly as follows:
Water & Waste: £10 pcm.
Gas and Electricity: £30 pcm.
Council Tax (if applicable) : £100 pcm
Excellent 200MB broadband is included in the rent.
