1 x room with a double bed available on the ground floor of a 3 story private road townhouse.

The kitchen is situated on the 1st floor and is spacious with a private fridge for sole use of the two tenants on the ground floor. The kitchen is shared with the live in landlords however the living room is not shared.

The current live in landlords are a young professional couple in their 30's (bedroom on the 2nd floor). Jack is a Sports Teacher and Stefanie is a Nutritional Therapist.

The house is on a private road with car access from one end and a special walking access via a private electronic gate at the other end that comes directly out onto Kingston Hill.

There are buses straight into Kingston Town Centre within minutes of the house which take c. 10 mins door to door and Norbiton Train Station is also only a 5 minute walk away with access into Clapham Junction & Waterloo in under 30 minutes. The nearest tube station is one bus away (South Wimbledon - Northern Line) which Stefanie takes every morning and takes no longer than 30 minutes door to door..

The local Doctor's (their garden backs onto the garden of the house) is 1 minute away and Kingston Hospital is 2 minutes walk from the house.

Also Richmond Park is minutes away which is lovely for ad hoc walks on the weekend to de-stress!

As the house in on a private road, there is no road noise so it's very quiet.

All bills are included and a cleaner will come bi weekly to clean the bathroom and common areas but bedrooms are the tenants responsibility..

The landlords are super relaxed so ideally they are looking for like minded individuals to share a tidy and homely house with.
