2 Double Bed Rooms Available For Students 20/21

We are currently two students in the property, I'm a female renting the room downstairs, and there's a male student renting one of the 3 rooms upstairs where the toilet is also located in the house. We have a shared kitchen, living room, toilet and the garden. The agency we are renting with is for STUDENTS only and require a deposit plus one month rent in advance.
The property is well located, only 5 minutes walk to kingston station and 3 minutes walk to the market.
4-6 minutes walk to Kingston university.
We also have a maintenance guy if there is anything that needs fixing.
All bills and wifi are included in the rent,
We are both really chilled, and we respect people's privacy and needs.
Both rooms come with double bed, new wardrobe, shelves, table and chair.
