It takes less than 10 mins of walk to Norbiton station, or 10 minutes of walk to Kingston town centre. The nearest bus stop is only 100 meters away. There is a nice reception room, a kitchen and a separate bathroom in the flat.
Gas and electricity bills not included.
Will only consider professionals working full time (9 to 5, no working from home).
