1 MASSIVE bedroom in a sharing house

Hi,
I am Jessica, I am 25 years old and I am a professional.
I work most of the time from home, I am really friendly, and I like to socialize. I love sport and I like to cook so yes I am often in the kitchen.
I really like to maintain the house clean as much as I can, and I try always to be respectful for the people I have around, so I am happy to know you and know what your habits are.
I am looking for 1 person/couple to come and live with me at the end of August.
My actual flatmates will leave because the contract will end.

This is not a party house ( I mean if you want to have a party I would like to know it before so we can speak all together about it), and it's important to be clean and tidy and at evening be respectful for the other people that want to sleep.

The bedroom has A LOT OF SPACE you can play with. You can make a little living room inside your bedroom. Is on the second floor.

1 bathroom and 1 kitchen and outside in the garden we have space where you can put suitcases or box etc.

BUS STOP: 5 min from the house (131)
NORBITON STATION: 12 minutes walk

We have ASDA 15 minutes walk, Fairfield Park 13 minutes walk, Kingston city centre 20 minutes walk. We have corner shops really close to this house.
