Large, cosy room in second floor flat needs a new tenant as soon as possible for a lease beginning 27th October

Living with 1 Professional and one Doctoral (PhD) Student, the room is the largest available in the flat with a decent volume of sunlight on a quiet street. Modern Kitchen and a decent shower/bathroom. Room is semi furnished and comes with: Bed and Mattress, wardrobe and C. O. D.

We are a friendly, laid back bunch. The flat is quiet, clean (although we are expecting some work to take place in the next week or two) warm and spacious. We are both quiet people who get along with what we are doing.

Rent: £500 per month
Bills: Roughly £55-65 per month (including internet, gas and electric) Water is paid every April (roughly £112 a year each)

Students welcome if they commit to sharing council tax bill with professional tenant (£60 a month roughly)
