King-size bed, desk & garden 5-min from station

Hello!

I'm renting my spare room until the end of January. It's a good-sized double room with a king-sized bed, lots of storage and a desk with a monitor, mouse, keyboard and fast internet connection.

You'll be living with me, a 35-year-old science teacher who likes music, art and netflix :)

The house is beautiful, with a shared bathroom, kitchen and living room. I'm very into my coffee so you can use my espresso machine, and you're welcome to use my excessive collection of books. The house also has a beautiful private garden which has a pizza oven, a shed (good for cyclists) and a pretty garden room - all of which you're welcome to use. There's a fully-equipped kitchen, including freezer and fridge space and all pots and pans.

The place is a 5-minute walk from Norbiton station with trains every 15 minutes into Waterloo (a 30-minute journey). We're also very close to Kingston which is a leafy town centre with a different vibe to most of London, and RIchmond Park which is probably the most beautiful park in the country.

I'm female and looking for another professional female to share my space with. I'm sociable, looking for someone to maybe cook for each other sometimes and go out for a drink, and also respect each other's space.
