I'm a sociable and tidy male looking for another professional male or female to share a flat with in Kingston Upon Thames as my female flatmate of two years has just moved out.

I have a spare furnished room to rent in a 2 bed flat. It is a good-sized double room for single occupancy. Fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe with a mirror, chest of draws, desk and chair.

The flat comes with use of a shared bathroom, kitchen and living room. Amenities include TV, fridge/freezer, cooker, dishwasher and washing machine.

The flat also has access to a small tidy, secluded grass garden with outside seating area for eating/relaxing in and a log cabin (good storage for cyclists). There is also parking in the road (metered or resident's permit).

Convenient location - 10 minutes walk from the town centre, bus and train stations and the river. Bushy Park, Home Park and Richmond park close by. Close to Kingston University and Kingston Hospital.

Rent is £675 per month, council tax is roughly £88.50 per month per person, energy bills are dependent on expenditure but usually range between £50-70 per month per person, water bill is roughly £19 per month per person depending on usage and lastly broadband is £17.50 per month per person.
