I am moving out beginning of June and looking for someone to take over my tenancy of this new build flat in the heart of Kingston-Upon-Thames! It’s a lovely flat and perfectly located with lots of shops and restaurants!
2 minute walk to Kingston train station (30 minutes to London Waterloo!)
2 minute walk to PureGym & The Gym
2 minute walk to Aldi
You literally have everything on your doorstep! The only reason for me moving out is my office is moving

About the room:
The room comes fully furnished with a double bed, mattress and wardrobe. All furniture is high quality! The room allows plenty of natural light in. There is additional room for a desk setup if you wish.

About the flat:
The open plan kitchen / living room has plenty of big windows letting in tonnes of light and is really spacious.
The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, built in fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher!
Bathroom is only shared with one other person as main bedroom has an ensuite.
Bills are roughly £40/ month which includes your utilities and internet.
Deposit of £990 (all sorted with estate agent) before moving in.

About the flatmates:

Seán - a physiotherapist from Ireland. He is in the final stages of his masters degree and will be finishing his studies over the summer. He is a really friendly guy and into his sports.

Charlie - just moved over from Spain where he was working managing airbnbs. He now has a job in the Lidl HQ nearby working with developments to stores. Again he is really friendly and easy to get along with.
