I am a single mother who has older daughters who stay with me on the weekends from time to time with a spare room available in my home. I am pretty busy so I'm out quite a lot, frequently over night. The room is a double with a single bed and desk, wardrobe and chest of drawers. It gets the morning sunshine, so is bright, private, airy and attractive. There is a dishwasher, a washing machine, broadband access and a weekly cleaning lady. There is a small garden and a small dog. This room would be perfect for someone who would like a room from Monday to Friday in a comfy, quiet spot close to the centre of town in a friendly, family home in a peaceful neighbourhood. The house is located a short walk from Kingston University, the hospital and the centre of Kingston which is a shopping mecca. We are close to a lovely fairfield, Royal parks and the river, plenty of pubs and restaurants, there is a swimming pool and a gym nearby. The bus stop is nearby (131) and Norbiton or Kingston stations (South West trains to Waterloo) are pretty equidistant at a fifteen minute walk.
