1 double bed in 4 bed house

The house is halfway between Kingston and Norbiton railway stations but slightly closer to Norbiton. It is modern inside and has 4 bedrooms, lounge, large kitchen, washroom and 2 bathrooms. Am looking to rent out 1 double sized room for 1 person from 11 Aug 2017. You would be sharing with 1 other girl and 2 guys in their mid 20's. Would like to find a flatmate that will get along with the rest of the tenants as often have barbeques and hang out in the common room. Everyone works during the week so would prefer someone who is quieter week days but weekends it is more relaxed.

Room has:
double bedroom 3m x 3m / 4 door built in wardrobe, drawers and a desk. TV aerial plug/socket

House has:
washer/dryer
2 fridge freezers
2 suede leather couches

excellent location near kingston-upon-thames town centre.

There is broadband with some free movie channels, - smokers welcome as long as use the garden, any others queries let me know
