Double room for single occupancy in house within 10 mins walk of town centre, Kingston and Norbiton stations and on bus routes to Wimbledon, Putney and Richmond. There is a furnished garden, and I have a friendly cat.

I am easy going and I am looking for a friendly professional or mature student, who is reasonably clean and tidy. There is a fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher/washing machine etc. Rent includes all utility bills, broadband, but not house phone.
