Lovely double room in beautiful house in Kingston

Available: Lovely large double room in beautiful, friendly , homely house in Kingston. Great location: Ten minutes walk from town centre and Kingston Station, near Richmond Park and River Thames. The room is a loft conversion, airy and furnished. It is newly decorated. It looks onto the garden. The bathroom is shared with one other and there is a large shared kitchen and pretty garden. There is no shared living room as the kitchen is shared. There is also good wifi. It's important that you like dogs and cats as I have 2 very friendly cocker spaniels who enjoy company and an equally friendly cat. This is a quiet house and would suit a professional and is not for a student. Female preferred. We work long hours and appreciate each other`s company when we get home but this is not a party house. We get on well but like our own space too. You need to be clean and a non smoker! This is not suitable for someone working from home. This is a long term let, minimum of 6 months.
