This is an amazing flat in a very good location. There is an admin fee of £210 to be paid, security deposit of £692, a months rent in advance as well as guarantor fees. It is possible to rent without a guarantor if the tenant can pay 6 months rent in advance. Close to town and local shops. Due to unforeseen circumstances I will not be able to move in. I am looking for someone to replace me in the contract. The bedroom is a small double room which comes unfurnished. The living room is spacey and has a small balcony. My current flatmate is fun and very easy going. She will be a second year English literature student.
