We are three female students looking to find a replacement for a current housemate. As we have a joint tenancy this will mean signing a contract with the estate agent and giving a deposit. However it ensures financial security for everyone!
We're looking for another female student to fill the vacancy, who is honest and friendly. We're not a crazy party house but do enjoy going out and having fun in between university, so someone who can be a friend as well as housemate would be great! We're easy going people, who are all quite active and sociable.
