Hi we are looking for a new flatmate for our five bedroom house in Kingston .I am moving out as I am going travelling .The house is very quite we are all working professionals ,there is one shared bathroom and one en - suite which is taken .The room going is an attic room a good size , nice and warm and furnished .There is a shared kitchen , lounge and bathroom , garden .Rent is £460 and bills come up to £110 which includes a cleaner every fortnight ,loo roll , cleaning products e. t. c.
