Furnished double-room near Kingston University

The room is very big, it has its own storage room and facing garden. The street is very quite and I wish the new tenant better be a :clean, quite person. The current tenants are all Kingston University students, they are all Chinese. So if you are Chinese student, please do not hesitate to contact me ASAP, because we have the biggest Chinese social group in Kingston. You don't want to miss this. However, we do welcome other people to live in as long as you keep the room clean.
