Hello! I am leaving my tenancy early to go travelling as I am finishing my last year of university.
I am offering a short term rent in my 6 bedroom flatshare for 2 months (14th May - 14th July).
The flat is above the shops on Surbiton Road, 1 minute from Penrhyn road Kingston university campus.
Casual landlord, anything goes! haha
My flatmates are staying on for next year, so if you like each other loads you can stay on for the following year! They are lovely people, skaters downstairs and students upstairs, all love chilling and having a great time.
The rent is 420/pcm, £5 internet a month, and electricity/gas on a meter (very cheap, you'll pay no more than £20 for 2 months).
We don't mind who comes to live with really. Give me a shout if you're interested.
