There is a lounge, large bathroom and a spacious kitchen/conservatory looking out to the garden.

Would be sharing with two clean and tidy professional females, who enjoy cooking, watching films, a glass of wine and travelling.

The house is managed by an estate agent, and they would require £180 for credit/reference checks. The deposit is £500. On street parking permits are availble from the council at £100 per year.
