A house mate needed for lovely house!

I'm looking for someone to be my new house buddy!

THE HOUSE:

The room is a small double.
The room is freshly decorated and is in the process of having a new carpet fitted. This should be done before you move in :)
There is a bathroom with bath shared with me and another toilet on the ground floor, and the other housemate, who is lovely too, has an ensuite shower so no fighting in the morning.
The rent is for a house share, so the living room/kitchen etc. are yours too, and I'm already set up, but happy to negotiate where you want to put your trophy's/pictures of your dog/hideous chintzy statuettes.

There's a small box room for guests and drying and ironing and stuff like that. The garden is a patio but a good enough size for a barbecue. There's plenty of storage. It's a work in progress, and you can nail anything into walls that you like, just poly fill and paint when you leave. I'm happy for you to paint your bedroom black and cover it in posters if you're so inclined, but again, leave it how you found it.

Norbiton station is a 10-12 minute walk away (Zone 5) (I have tiny legs)
New Malden Station is a 20 minute walk away (and zone 4)
The 213 stops about 15 metres away from the house going both ways, and is 24 hour service.
The 131 stop is about 8 mins walk, the 57 is about the same in the other direction.
You can get to Kingston Town Centre in 25 mins, walking at a relaxed pace.

There is parking for 2 cars in the drive, and further parking on the street. I don't drive (yet). T’other housemate has a car but he’ll get used to not hogging the drive.

ME:

I'm a wine professional with two goldfish, a large gerbil and a need to fill a room within the property that I am managing for a friend.
I dislike watching endless television (sorry - soaps/reality TV in the living room every evening will drive me mental) but I love films and series, so binge watching those things is unlikely to bother me at all. I love talking. I like cooking and being cooked for. I'm vegetarian, but that’s no reason to hold it against me.

I like a glass or two of wine, and I love camping. I will demand that you come camping with me at least once. You can just say no if you like.

YOU:

I am looking for people who have that perfect ability to enjoy socialising but not worry if they are left alone in the house for a weekend, who can enjoy the odd meal together and are just as happy looking after themselves, and like nothing more than watching a few movies and having a laugh.
You need to be able to provide a month and a half rent as a deposit as well as first month in advance.

I need you to be tidy but not obsessive. I need you to be considerate of the other house mates. I need you to be sociable and friendly, and not mind there being guests hanging around for dinner and a drink sometimes - likewise you can invite lovely people round whenever you fancy.
