Hello.....a double room in split level flat in Kingston upon Thames has become available from the 6th June 2017.

The flat has two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, an open plan kitchen/living space. We also have two large storage cupboards, a courtyard and access to a bike shed. We are located next the Kingston university and are a five minute walk into the town centre.

The room is unfurnished except has a built in spacious wardrobe. The bedroom has a view towards the back garden.

A little bit about me.....I am a 33 year old professional, am looking for someone who enjoys their own space and respectful of others but is willing to have a chat and a glass of wine at the end of the day. I enjoy exercising, seeing my friends and a good boxset!

Rent includes all bills incl council tax, gas, electricity, water and importantly Netflix! TV licence is paid separately on a yearly basis.
