I'm looking for someone to take over my room ASAP i would preferably like someone in there by the 10th July..
Rent is £625 excluding bills so will end up roughly around £670 with bills..
My room is spacious and includes a double bed but unfortunately no other furnishings..
You pretty much will have your own bathroom as my other flatmate has an ensuite and never used mine.
(Has a bath and a shower)
We have an open plan kitchen to living room (with some slidey doors)
the living room is pretty huge and you have a nice view out the window of kingston bridge.
Car parking space available downstairs.
Unfortunately I have no images of the property at the moment as i'm abroad but i will be back on the 1st and will be doing viewings from then for the room.
It is a beautiful flat but am looking to move in with my other half so am wanting to leave.
