The Room is ideal for the simple living person. It's furnished with the basic necessities such as a very comfy single bed with new mattress as of 3 months ago, bedside table, a small closet, long mirror and a smaller mirror. The room is cheap and cheerful for someone who doesn't need anything fancy and wants to save money, whilst living in a clean and tidy environment and in close proximity to train stations. I have been living here for 15 months and have had no issues but now moving on to something new.
The room faces the direction of the sun throughout the day through evening so gets great amounts of light, the curtains are thick too.
The flat also consists of a large open-plan kitchen/living room which is modern and clean and plenty of space for activities. The bathroom is a good size too. We have a cleaner included in the rent that cleans these living spaces weekly.
We are all working professionals in the flat and are friendly and welcoming. We all work different schedules so often the house is empty, and when we are together we'll try and hang out together in the living room.
The monthly rent of £450 includes rent, council tax and a weekly cleaner. There would be an additional £40 a month for the gas bill. Gas bill is also much less in the summer.
