I have one double bedded room for rent (single occupancy) in a five bedroomed family house in central Kingston. Situated in a friendly quiet residential road, close to all amenities.
Kingsize bed, chest of drawers x2, large wardrobe, large desk and shelving, with large double glazed bay window overlooking the garden at the back of the house. Shared bathroom, kitchen, conservatory, downstairs toilet and access to garden.
Rent £135 per week paid 4 weekly in advance.
Deposit £150 paid in advance
Bills included with small extra charge for use of washing machine.
Would suit professional from mid 20’s – mid 40’s
No smokers. No pets
Easy access to Kingston Hospital, Kingston University, Richmond Park, shops and transport links.
Kingston station is a 7 minute walk; the train journey to Waterloo is 30 minutes with trains every 15 minutes
Minimum commitment of 3 months. Agreement for up to 12 months which could be extended by mutual consent.
