Equidistant between  Surbiton and Kingston, both town's centres a short walk away. We're a street away from local takeaways, newsagents, cafes, pubs and from the beautiful riverside promenade, which you walk along to Kingston. Location is stunning. We're also a short drive away from Hampton Court and Bushy Park.

Travel into central London from Surbiton is fantastic; fast trains to Waterloo under every half hour. It's so easy to get into the city.

A deposit of 1 and half months rent will be required.
