Either full time or Monday to Friday let - Double room in a newly renovated house. The room is a good size, with a small wardrobe, bed and chest of drawers. The bathroom is shared with one other person currently.
I’m looking for a professional friendly soul who is up for socialising a bit together. Whilst age isn’t important and as much as I like a good trip to the pub, this isn’t the house share for someone who is still at the ‘going out really late and coming home drunk’ stage in life. More for a let’s go to the pub on a Friday night type lifestyle.
There is an integrated kitchen with a dining area and a separate lounge / dinning area, so plenty of space. The garden is south facing, which is perfect in the summer for chilling out in.
The area is perfect, 10 mins max walk from norbiton and kingston stations and all the amenities.
Bills are £20 per month plus the cleaner (excludes landline use).
